Submit Abstract

Abstract submission is now closed. Please contact us for any query.

You may submit a ONE PAGE abstract of up to 300 words of body text containing the following information. Failure to comply with these guidelines may lead to your abstract being rejected:

  • Brief statement on the rationale of the work.
  • Brief description of the methodology.
  • Key results of the study.
  • Wider implications of the study (e.g. health, policy etc.).

You must provide two copies of your Abstract, one as Microsoft Word (2003 and onwards) and the other as Adobe PDF. The Word and PDF versions must contain identical texts. We need the PDF version for the process of peer review. The Word version will be used, as submitted, in the conference proceedings should your submission be selected. Conference secretariat staff will not edit any submission. The details of the Abstract and Authors in the Word and PDF versions must match the details you are required to supply by the online submission system.

The order of information, layout and formatting of your abstract must follow the example provided in the Example Abstract. Additional, important instructions are provided in the Formatting Instructions. You should read BOTH documents before you prepare your abstract.
