Proceedings of short papers - Instructions for authors
You are required to produce a FOUR page (A4 single sided) short paper for inclusion on the conference CD. Please note that these instructions must be followed exactly otherwise your paper may be excluded from the proceedings. Please ensure that the title of the short paper exactly matches that provided in your previously submitted abstract.
The order of information, layout and formatting of short paper must follow the example provided in the Example Abstract. Additionally, the formatting guidelines for short paper are provided in the Formatting Instructions. You should read BOTH documents before you prepare your short paper.
SUBMISSION OF SHORT PAPER
Please submit your four page short paper in MS Word format to airquality@herts.ac.uk and include the words ‘Short paper submission’ in the email subject line. Please supply your abstract reference number in the body of the email. Submissions must be made by Friday January 27th 2012 (Extended). Please note that your paper will not be included in the proceedings if you miss this deadline.
