You can pay the conference fee using University of Hertfordshire secured payment system. Book before Friday 20 January 2012 to take the advantage of early bird rate. The actual payment will be in GBP. For participants the online rates will close by end of 16 March 2012 and the onsite rate will apply. For exhibitors the deadline to register and pay will be 12 March 2012.

Conference fee include receptions, lunches, ice breaker, gala dinner and proceedings. For accompanying person not attending the conference, you need to buy extra tickets for social events if they would like to join.

Refund policy:

A £50 admin fee will apply to all eligible refunds.

Early Bird rate: 50% refund on early bird conference fee if cancelled before 31st January 2012. No refund afterwards.

Late rate: 50% refund on conference fee if cancelled before 29th February 2012. No refund afterwards.

Young Researcher: 50% refund on conference fee if cancelled before 29th February 2012. No refund afterwards.

Exhibition fees: No refunds on early bird rate, 50% refund on late rate if cancelled within 48 hours of the payment but not later than 29th February 2012. No refund afterwards.

Extras: 50% refund if cancelled before 29th February 2012. No refund afterwards.
