It is a pleasure to invite you to the 9th International Conference on Air Quality – Science and Application. For the 9th research conference, we will be working with our local host, Institute of Meteorology and Climate Research (IMK-IFU) of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), who are organizing the event in the picturesque market town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Germany.
Air quality continues to be a key issue for achieving sustainable development and to reduce health impacts. Its impact spans multiple scales from street level to global including interactions with climate change. As always the conference is one of most prominent forums for discussing the latest research developments, applications and implications for policy and other users. The conference continues in its endeavour to bring together scientists and other stakeholders from the air pollution, climate change, policy and health communities.
